Description

  • The top is made of spruce (from the Alps). The back, sides and neck are made of sycomore maple (from the Balkans).
  • The fingerboard, the hollowed-out tailpiece with its Kevlar tailpiece strap, and the endpin with its serrated steel shaft are made of ebony; the tuning machines are by Rubner.
  • Setup: Despiau bridge, top-quality spruce soundpost, Thomastik Spirocore strings.
  • Sound: balanced, rich, and direct.
